Can I return My Item If I Don’t Like It?
At Gorilla Sunnies we feel that if you don’t love your purchase or the garment does not fit you as you’d like, you deserve to wear something else from our range that you do love. We will happily exchange it for another size (if available) or a store credit within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Your item must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unperfumed and in original condition with all of the tags attached and intact. All swimwear returns must also have the hygiene intact and having not been removed.
Any items that do not meet our returns requirements cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds unless your item is faulty. If you simply change your mind, you will be issued with a store credit.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
Gorilla Sunnies offer a 30-day return policy from the date when your order was received. If the item is faulty, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or store credit. We will also pay for shipping to return the faulty item to us. We are also able to repair the item if this is acceptable to both you and us. Please see our full returns policy here.
Who Pays For Return Shipping?
We will pay for return shipping if the garment is faulty in any way or damaged prior to its safe arrival
to you. If you are returning an item for an exchange or credit, it’s up to you to cover the postage.
What If My Item Is Damaged?
If your item is damaged as a result of our handling or shipping, we will repair, refund, exchange or
offer store credit once the item is returned to us.
